Hand harvesting with a second fermentation in bottles and a 4-year ageing on slats.

Grape variety: Marsanne

Produced from a plot selection on a hillside, particularly complex and soft, this wine with green and golden reflections will go well all along your meals.
It is lingering in the mouth, fresh and mineral, and develops aromas of ripe fruit, crystallised oranges and liquorice.

A pleasant, fresh and festal wine.
To be served at a temperature of 6 or 7°C.
