This wine is produced in small amounts in our estate, on terraces where vine stocks are more than 70 years old.
A garnet-coloured robe with purple reflections, with smells of black pepper, black fruit and juniper that evolves after opening into hints of dry fruit and vanilla. In the mouth, just after opening, tannins taste strong and soon merge to discover a lingering flavour.
We advise to keep for at least 5 years in a cellar, up to 10 years or more for the best vintages.
It will go well with game, red meat and ripened cheese.
A well-structured broad cellar wine
To be served between 16 and 18°C according to vintage.
