Red wine from more than 40 year-old vines, characterised by an intense nose of ripe fruit mixed with hints of white pepper and fresh chili.
Even if the attack taste like that of a young wine, this wine has a good consistence is suitable for keeping in a cellar for 5 to 6 years, which will permit it to develop more mingled tannins.
It goes well with meat cooked in sauce, beef and local hard cheese such as “picodon” or others.
To be served between 16 and 18°C according to vintage.
