Non sparkling St-Péray cuvee « Terres Rouilles »

Vinification :
Hand-picking and pressing of the whole harvests.

Grape varieties:
70% Roussanne, 30% Marsanne

Ageing on dregs in 400-liter casks to obtain a slight oaky aroma.

This wine is the latest innovation of our estate. Roussane prevails in its blending, it has green and bright reflections and it differentiates from the other non-sparkling Saint-Péray thanks to a light ageing in wooden casks to obtain complex and broad aromas.
The attack is straight and supported by a well-balanced acidity with flavours of hawthorn, white flowers, acacia and a slight hint of vanilla.
For a food and wine pairing, this Roussane will go well with cooked fish and white meats with cream.

It is a mineral, full-bodied and complex wine.

To be served between 12 and 15°C.
